Chair Karen S Farrell called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  All present.

Gayla Stofko discussed proposed personnel rules and pay plan changes.

Larry Walrod discussed annexation process for Cities.

Board recessed at 9:07.  Back in session at 9:11.

Jim Haag discussed request for paving of Utah and Thomas roads and request received not to pave.

Kim Bogle 4632 Utah Rd discussed speed limit and complaints on Utah and Thomas roads.

Terry Silvius 4723 Utah Rd discussed dust control.

Jim Haag discussed 2008 Chip Seal Project.

Lisa Johnson discussed agreement with Don McMican on Courthouse Project.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 9:50.
