BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair Karen S Farrell called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  All present.

Alan Radcliffe discussed a Memorandum of Understanding between the NE Regional Homeland Security Council and Franklin County for 800 MHz radios.  The county will have radios installed in the 911 center, Emergency Operation Center and hospital at no cost and mobile radios and handheld radios with charges at no cost except for the installation of the mobile radios into vehicles.

Leroy Hildebrandt and Leroy J Hildebrandt discussed requesting a building permit to replace a mobile home that was recently destroyed by a fire.  The County Zoning regulations prohibits the construction, placement or use of second dwelling unit on the same lot, parcel or tract upon which a residential dwelling exists.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 9:14.
