BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair Ed Taylor called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  All present.

Dan Andrews with COF Training Services gave update on what the agency is doing and funding.

Larry Felix with Ransom Memorial Hospital gave update on the hospital – emergency facility, newborns, surgeries, specialty services, clinic visits, equipment purchases, building improvements, doctors, standards, staffing, insurance, mandates and hospital auxiliary.

Board recessed at 9:21.  Commissioner Farrell left.  Board back in session at 9:27.

Alan Radcliffe discussed the Flood Disaster Exercise Training on April 1^st through 3^rd.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 9:52.
