BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
Chair Ed Taylor called the budget study session to order at 8:30 a.m. All present.
Alan Radcliffe discussed duties and responsibilities of Emergency Management and proposed 2010 budget.
Lisa Johnson and Alan Radcliffe discussed proposed contracts with Midwest Connections, Inc to have equipment on the county communication towers for high speed internet.
Rick Sawin discussed proposed 2010 budgets for Noxious Weed and Solid Waste.
Jim Haag discussed proposed 2010 budgets for Road & Bridge and Special Bridge.
Jim Haag discussed returning a portion of Missouri Rd between Stafford Rd and Stafford Terr to full maintenance.
Gene Hirt 125 South St Williamsburg asked how long the road has been minimum maintenance.
Jim Haag discussed proposal from Killough Construction for the placement of a 1 inch leveling course on a portion of Marshall Rd from I-35 to Nevada Terr.
Jim Haag discussed contract with Blevins Asphalt Construction Inc in the amount of $740,500.90 for 2009 Chip Seal Projects and change order for an additional $20,883.50 to do the sub-divisions with expanded shale instead of the CMK.

Darrell Wadkins discussed proposed 2010 budgets for Building & Grounds, Capital Outlay, Storage Facility, County Building and Annex.
Steve Brown discussed proposed 2010 budget for Appraiser.
Larry Walrod discussed proposed 2010 budgets for Planning and Building, Environment Health and Centropolis Sewer District.
With no further discussion the budget study session was adjourned at 11:54.
