Chair Ed Taylor called the budget study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  All present.

Debbie Hough discussed proposed 2010 budgets for County Treasurer and Motor Vehicle.

Dustin Coureton discussed proposed 2010 budgets for Information Technology and Technology Services.

Ethel Wallace discussed proposed 2010 budget for Juvenile Detention.

Recessed at 9:54.  Back in session at 10:06.

Heather Jones discussed proposed 2010 budget for County Attorney.

Chair Taylor left at 10:30.

Diane Drake, Stan Lantis and John Peimann discussed Elizabeth Layton Center service, support, volume of clients, budget and proposed budget request for 2010 for Mental Health.

Nick Robbins discussed proposed 2010 budget for the Ambulance Department.

Recessed at 11:34 for lunch.  Back in session at 1:00.  All present.

Craig Davis discussed proposed 2010 budgets for Sheriff, Jail and 911 Dispatch.

Midge Ransom discussed proposed 2010 budget for the Health Department.

Lisa Johnson discussed proposed 2010 budget for Commissioners and Administration.

Shari Perry discussed proposed 2010 budgets for County Clerk and Election.
