BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair John E Taylor called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  All present.

Jim Haag discussed Supplemental Agreement No 1 on the Montana Rd Project No. 30 KA-0841-01 due to error in the original agreement and the Kansas Department of Transportation desires to remove construction engineering from the eligible reimbursable costs.  Lisa Johnson is going to research and get back with Board.

Lisa Johnson discussed sub-lease agreement with Ottawa Family Physicians for the use of exam rooms in the Health Department until February 28, 2010 at $444.06 per month.

Lisa Johnson discussed Letter of Intent to join the State of Kansas Health Plan for 2010 through 2012.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 8:50.
