BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Vice Chair Donald R Stottlemire called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  Chair John E Taylor was absent.  All other commissioners were present.

Midge Ransom discussed a Provider Agreement between the Franklin County Health Department and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Kansas.

Jim Haag discussed amendments to the Service Repurchase Agreement between Franklin County and Martin Tractor Company for motor graders and loaders.

Lisa Johnson discussed Memorandum of Understanding between Franklin County and the Elizabeth Layton Center to further research the possibility of land acquisition for the future site of Franklin County Juvenile Services.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 8:50.
