BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair John E Taylor called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m. All present.

Rick Sawin discussed soliciting bids for a forty-five foot scale for the Transfer Station.  The current scales have rusted out and are no longer dependable and several parts are obsolete.  He would like to replace with low profile scales that would be above ground.

Jim Haag discussed requesting engineering proposals for the design of a remediation project to repair storm damage to Bridge No. 17.7-21 on Utah Rd between Pawnee and Sand Creek due to July 8^th storm that caused the embankment to erode from under the south abutment exposing the abutment piling.

Alan Radcliffe discussed that Coffey County has requested the trailer for their Health Department due to remodeling the office is closed.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 8:50 a.m.
