BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair John E Taylor called the special meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.

Roll Call: Chair John E Taylor present, Vice Chair Donald R. Stottlemire present, Commissioner Karen S Farrell present, Commissioner Donald C. Hay present, and Commissioner David J Hood absent.

Jim Haag discussed using Hi-Plains to repair a drainage structure at 2560 Nevada Terr.

Commissioner Farrell moved and Commissioner Hay seconded to approve using Hi-Plains Inc to repair drainage structure at 2560 Nevada Terr in the amount of $6,872.  All voted “yes”.

Lisa Johnson discussed appointing delegate and alternate voting delegates for KAC annual meeting.

Commissioner Stottlemire moved and Commissioner Farrell seconded to appoint Chair Taylor as the voting delegate for the annual KAC meeting.  Commissioners Farrell, Hay and Stottlemire voted “yes”.  Chair Taylor abstained.

Commissioner Farrell moved and Chair Taylor seconded to appoint Vice Chair Stottlemire as the 1^st alternate voting delegate for the annual KAC meeting.  Chair Taylor and Commissioners Farrell and Hay voted “yes”.  Commissioner Stottlemire abstained.

Lisa Johnson discussed tax sale that took place on November 12^th.

Commissioner Farrell moved and Commissioner Stottlemire seconded to adjourn at 8:38 a.m.  All voted “yes”.
