BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair John E Taylor called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m. All present.

Lisa Johnson discussed Midland Railroad Trestle Project 30 TE-0338-01 that was awarded in the amount of $293,609 in stimulus monies.

Shari Perry discussed voting locations, registered voters per voting location and recommended no change at this time.

Lisa Johnson discussed 2009 year end budget transfers.

Lisa Johnson discussed amendments to 2009 and 2010 county operating budgets and holding a public hearing on December 9^th at 8:30.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 9:05 a.m.
