BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair David J Hood called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.

Larry Walrod discussed amendment to the Franklin County Zoning Regulations regarding construction and installation requirements for mobile homes.  These amendments address the modifications to provide for the changes required by the Kansas Statutes and HUD.  Mobile homes units will meet the standards of the National Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1976 and all amendments through 1994.

Lisa Johnson discussed issuing a Request for Professional Services for architectural firms for the Franklin County Juvenile Services Project and qualifications for architectural firms.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 8:54 a.m.
