BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
Chair David J Hood called the regular meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
Roll Call: Chair David J Hood present, Vice Chair John E Taylor present, Commissioner Karen S Farrell present, Commissioner Donald C. Hay present, and Commissioner Donald R Stottlemire present.
Chair David J Hood asked all in attendance to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Invocation led by Jeanne Bickerstaff, Director of the Family History Center.
No public comment.
Commissioner Taylor moved and Commissioner Farrell seconded to approve the consent agenda as follows: minutes for February 3, 2010 and tax change orders 2009-121 through 2009-129. All voted “yes”.
Jim Haag discussed soliciting bids for tires for the Public Works Department.
Commissioner Farrell moved and Commissioner Hay seconded to approve the soliciting of bids to replenish tire stock for Public Works. All voted “yes”.
Larry Walrod discussed rezoning application #0912-983 for Cody Burkdoll to rezone approximately 5.72 acres from A-1 to RE located at the intersection of Jackson Rd. and Nebraska Rd on the North side of Jackson Rd and on the East side of Nebraska Rd.
Commissioner Taylor moved and Commissioner Hay seconded to approve Resolution No. 10-07 rezoning approximately 5.72 acres from A-1 to RE owned by Cody Burkdoll and located in Section 29, Township 17, Range 20. All voted “yes”.
Larry Walrod discussed lot split application for Cody & Jainie Burkdoll and accepting a Grant of Easement.
Commissioner Hay moved and Commissioner Farrell seconded to accept a Grant of Easement from Matador Cattle Co Inc located in Section 29, Township 17, Range 20. All voted “yes”.
Commissioner Farrell moved and Commissioner Taylor seconded to adjourn at 8:43 a.m. All voted “yes”.
