BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair David J Hood called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  All present.

Larry Walrod discussed mobile home definition and installation requirements of the Planning & Building Department.

Gene Hirt 125 South St, Williamsburg, KS 66095 discussed mobile home definition and installation requirements for Phil and Patricia Piersol.

Nick Robbins discussed the 2011 Year End Activity Report for the Franklin County Ambulance Department.

Nick Robbins discussed the Zoll Extended Warranty Contract which provides yearly mechanical inspections, discount medical supplies, and a replacement monitor.  The contract is for $7563.00 and this was budgeted into the 2012 budget.

Alan Radcliffe discussed the Kansas Division of Emergency Management Hazardous Materials Emergency Preparedness (HMEP) Grant Application for the Franklin County Emergency Management Department.

James Haag discussed the plans and specifications for Project No. 11-1055L Utah Bridge Repair and Solicitation of Bids.

Lisa Johnson discussed the proposals as submitted for the replacement of light fixtures in the Franklin County Annex Building.

Lisa Johnson discussed the option of filling an expiring position on the 4^th Judicial District Judicial Nominating commission. 

Lisa Johnson discussed setting the date for the Canvass of the November 6, 2012 General Election.

Lisa Johnson discussed the redemption of KP&F Bonds.

Lisa Johnson discussed a fence viewing request from Mr. Donald ‘Dale’ Stottlemire. 

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 10:13 a.m.
