BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Chair David J Hood called the study session to order at 8:30 a.m.  Commissioners Harris and Taylor absent.

Michelle Young discussed proposal for purchasing cards with one percent cash back on every dollar spent.

Heather Jones discussed the purchase of a case management FullCase software program.  Cost is $53,170 and annual maintenance agreement around $6,000.

Jim Haag discussed a request from Jim Ferguson to salvage the bridge over Middle Creek on Jackson Drive which has been vacated by the County.  Board agreed they have no ownership in bridge.

Dustin Coureton discussed network cabling for telephone system.  He received three proposals and recommended Core Communications proposal totaling $12,188.

Lisa Johnson discussed proposed policy to comply with recent changes to Internal Revenue Service Form 8038-G for Tax Exempt Governmental Obligations.

With no further discussion the study session was adjourned at 9:23 a.m.
