*The license shall cover a period of one year, from January 1 to December 31.

That the above stated fees be adopted and used until such time as the governing body shall change the fee(s); and

That any provision of the Resolution which shall declare to be invalid shall not effect the validity and authority of any other sections; and

That any other resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are hereby repealed; and

WHEREFORE, the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County, Kansas, passes and adopts this Resolution in regular session, in Ottawa, Franklin County, Kansas, on this, the 7^th day of February, 2005 and becomes effective upon publication in the Official County Newspaper.
