RESOLUTION NO. 05-38

A RESOLUTION TO DECLARE CERTAIN PERSONAL

PROPERTY OWNED BY FRANKLIN COUNTY AS

SURPLUS PROPERTY AND TO AUTHORIZE

THE SALE OF THE SAME

WHEREAS, Franklin County is the owner of certain real property identified on Exhibit A, and;

WHEREAS, Franklin County no longer has need of the certain real property, and;

WHEREAS, Franklin County desires to sell said property to obtain the highest possible price to maximize the benefit of said sale to the citizens of Franklin County, and;

That the Franklin County Board of Commissioners does hereby declare the following personal property listed on Exhibit A to be surplus property and orders that it be sold at public auction on May 7, 2005, at the Franklin County Fairgrounds to the highest bidder.

This resolution shall be effective upon its publication in the official county newspaper.
