RESOLUTION NO. 07-054
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL BANK DEPOSITORIES FOR FRANKLIN COUNTY, KANSAS
WHEREAS, K.S.A. 9-1401 provides that the County Commission shall designate by official action recorded upon its minutes and official records the banks which shall serve as it depositories for funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF FRANKLIN COUNTY
That is our desire to designate the following banks as depositories of funds for Franklin County, Kansas, for the year 2007 and each year thereafter so long as the banks maintain main or branch offices within Franklin County and continue to remain eligible pursuant to K.S.A. 19-1401 as depositories for Franklin County funds:

Peoples Bank
Patriots Bank
Solutions Bank
Team Bank
Bank of the West
