RESOLUTION NO. 07-064

A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE APPORTIONMENT OF REVENUE RECEIVED FROM THE COUNTY WIDE RETAILERS’ SALES TAX

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF FRANKLIN COUNTY, KANSAS

That revenue paid over to the Franklin County Treasurer from the Countywide Retailers’ Sales Tax in the amount of $66,987.50 shall be credited to the Employee Benefit Plan fund 515.

Be it further resolved that the County Treasurer is hereby authorized and empowered to make such transfer, as permitted by law, within the County funds as may be necessary to give full force and effect to this Resolution.

Passed and adopted in regular session in Ottawa, Franklin County, Kansas this 3^rd day of October 2007, by the Board of Franklin County Commissioners.
