RESOLUTION NO. 08-053

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN

PLAT OF WALNUT CREEK ACRES SEVENTH PLAT

WHEREAS, the street and drainage improvements in Walnut Creek Acres Seventh Plat

          have been completed, inspected, and all obligations have been properly settled,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

BY

THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF FRANKLIN COUNTY
 

              That the Franklin County Board of County Commissioners, in conformity with the Subdivision Regulations of Franklin County, Kansas, and all other applicable regulations, formally accepts the street and drainage  improvements in Walnut Creek Acres Seventh Plat located in Section 20, Township 18S, Range 21E.  With this acceptance, the street and drainage improvements in Walnut Creek Acres Seventh Plat become the property of Franklin County, Kansas.

This resolution shall take effect and be in full force following its adoption by the governing body and publication in the official county newspaper
