FRANKLIN COUNTY, KANSAS

RESOLUTION NO:  09-05      

A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OTTAWA HERALD THE OFFICIAL COUNTY NEWSPAPER

WHEREAS, K.S.A. 64-101 provides that the County Commission shall designate by resolution a newspaper to be the official county newspaper. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County, Kansas desire to designate the Ottawa Herald as the official county newspaper.  The Ottawa Herald shall remain the official county newspaper until such time as the board designates a different newspaper.

PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 28th day of January 2009 by the Board of Franklin County Commissioners.
