A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A FRANKLIN COUNTY APPRAISER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF FRANKLIN COUNTY, KANSAS:
Pursuant to K.S.A. 19-430, the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County, Kansas, hereby appoints Philip Dudley to the office of Franklin County Appraiser for the regular term beginning July 1, 2009.
Terms of salary and other conditions of employment not specifically provided for by K.S.A. 19-430, shall be reduced to writing and set forth in a separate contract for employment that shall be executed by both parties prior to July 1, 2009.
This Resolution shall become effective following passage by the Board of County Commissioners and subsequent publication in the official county newspaper.
WHEREFORE, the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County, Kansas, passes and adopts this Resolution in regular session, in Ottawa, Franklin County, Kansas, on the 27th day of May, 2009.
