FRANKLIN COUNTY, KANSAS
A RESOLUTION TO RESTORE MISSOURI ROAD BETWEEN STAFFORD RD AND STAFFORD TERRACE TO FULL MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the Franklin County Commission received funding to reconstruct Missouri Road between Stafford Road and Stafford Terrace, currently a minimum maintenance road a distance of ½ mile between Sections 25 and 26, Township 15S, Range 19E, and
WHEREAS, the Franklin County Commission caused the road to be regraded and a new bridge built, and
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED
BY
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF FRANKLIN COUNTY
That Missouri Road between Stafford Road and Stafford Terrace in Sections 25 and 26, Township 15S, Range 19E for a distance of ½ mile and that portion be declared a full maintenance road, Franklin County, Kansas.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect following its passage by the Board of County Commissioners and its subsequent publication in the official county newspaper.
WHEREUPON, the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County, Kansas, passes and adopts this Resolution in regular session, at its chambers in Ottawa, Franklin County, Kansas, this 3rd day of June, 2009.
