RESOLUTION NO. 09-44

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE K-68 CORRIDOR MANAGEMENT PLAN

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County, Kansas, approved the K-68 Partnership Agreement to develop a Corridor Plan for the East K-68 Corridor on December 27, 2007; and, 

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County, Kansas, entered into an agreement for the K-68 Transportation Corridor Study on March 5, 2008; and,

WHEREAS, the K-68 study has been performed, public input obtained, public official comments received, steering committee meetings and conference calls held; and,

WHEREAS, the K-68 Corridor Management Plan is ready for formal adoption.

            IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF FRANKLIN COUNTY, KANSAS, that the K-68 Corridor Management Plan is hereby adopted by said Board.
