BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF

FRANKLIN COUNTY, KANSAS

RESOLUTION NO:  10-02

A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE BOARD OF FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.

WHEREAS, the Board of Franklin County Commissioners may establish a regular meeting schedule, allowed by K.S.A. 19-206, at the request of the majority of the commission for the transaction of any business general or special;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County, Kansas desire to meet for the transaction of business at eight-thirty in the morning on every Wednesday of the month; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County, Kansas desire to meet in study session at eight-thirty in the morning on the first and third Monday of each month.

PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 13th day of January 2010 by the Board of Franklin County Commissioners.
