It is the mission of the Franklin County "9-1-1 Emergency Operation's Dispatch Center" to provide the highest level of public safety communication service, within available resources, for the protection of the public in need of help.  We will ensure fair, impartial and courteous treatment toward all employees, citizens, and public safety agencies and personnel.  We will receive emergency and non-emergency calls for help, and dispatch appropriate resources in a timely manner.  We will monitor activities and provide the best support possible for maintaining the safety of our public safety personnel.  We will train and learn new each day, accepting challenges and necessary changes with a willing attitude.  We accept our responsibilities and strive to maintain the professionalism required by our code of ethics.
