Franklin County Emergency Communication's Center (9-1-1 Dispatch) serves all of Franklin County. FCECC dispatches all law enforcement, fire and medical needs in the county including:

The FCECC answers both emergency and non-emergency calls for assistance. On an average (2005 figures) FCECC dispatches assistance over 35,500 incidents per year, breaking down to approximately 55 emergency and 190 non-emergency calls per day.
