About Emergency Communications... Franklin County Emergency Communication's Center (9-1-1 Dispatch) serves all of Franklin County. FCECC dispatches all law enforcement, fire and medical needs in the county including:
The FCECC answers both emergency and non-emergency calls for assistance. On an average (2007 figures) FCECC dispatches assistance over 41,265 incidents per year, breaking down to approximately 50 emergency and 231 non-emergency calls per day.
