Public Health is Prevention.
The Franklin County Health Department works to prevent disease, injury, disability, and premature death. We also promote the population's health and well-being and reduce inequalities in health status, and protect the public from environmental and other hazards to their health.
Our vision is healthy people in a healthy community.
The Franklin County Health Department is dedicated to maintaining privacy and confidentiality of all patients health information. Interpreters are available upon prearranged visits.
