A coalition has been formed (Franklin County Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition) to identify and promote substance abuse prevention efforts in our County. Members of the Coalition represent eight agencies within the County. We need your help to assess the level of substance abuse awareness and substance use in Franklin County.
