BOARD OF PUBLIC BUILDING COMMISSION

Chair John E Taylor called the meeting to order at 9:15.

Roll Call: John E Taylor present, Donald R Stottlemire present, Steven W Harris present, David J Hood present, and Colton M Waymire present.

Colton M Waymire moved and David J Hood seconded to approve the minutes of January 24, 2011.  All voted “yes”.

Dan Rowe and Lisa Johnson discussed bids for Juvenile Center with low bid being from Loyd Builders, Inc.

David J Hood moved and Steven W Harris seconded to accept the low bid of Loyd Builders in the amount of $3,020,000.  All voted “yes”.

David J Hood moved and Donald R Stottlemire seconded to adjourn at 9:34 a.m.  All voted “yes”.
