BOARD OF PUBLIC BUILDING COMMISSION

Roll Call: David J Hood present, John (Ed) Taylor present, Karen (Sue) Farrell present, Donald C. Hay present, and Donald R Stottlemire present.

Chair David J Hood asked all in attendance to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance.

John (Ed) Taylor moved and Karen (Sue) Farrell seconded to approve the minutes for September 9, 2010.  All voted “yes”.

Lisa Johnson discussed authorizing the public sale of Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2010 in a principle amount not to exceed $3,600,000.

John (Ed) Taylor moved and Donald R Stottlemire seconded to approve Resolution No 10-02 authorizing the public sale of Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2010 in a principle amount not to exceed $3,600,000 of the Franklin County Public Building Commission.  Chair David J Hood and Karen (Sue) Farrell, Donald R Stottlemire and John (Ed) Taylor voted “yes”.  Donald C Hay voted “no”.

Karen (Sue) Farrell moved and John (Ed) Taylor seconded to adjourn at 6:33 p.m.  All voted “yes”.
