About the Buildings and Grounds Department...
The Building and Grounds Department is responsible for making Franklin County's buildings safe, sanitary and functional for both public and county personnel use. This department is charged with maintaining county grounds, including lawn upkeep and snow removal, as well as the Veteran's Memorial located at the Franklin County Courthouse.
