Consider for approval providing premium pay to County employees pursuant to the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Derek Brown, County Administrator.

2.

Consider the approval of rezoning application #2111-1936 (Shoemaker) to rezone approximately 27.19 acres from an A-1 (Agriculture) District to an A-2 (Transitional Agriculture) District and to rezone approximately 13.00 acres from A-1 (Agriculture) District to an R-E (Residential Estate) District. Kenneth Cook, Director of Planning & Building.

Consider awarding the culvert bid to Contech Engineered Solutions, LLC. for 94 various size pipes in the amount of $75,262.97. W. David Lee, Director of Public Works.

4.

Consider adopting a resolution to establish a work release program in Franklin County. Jeff Richards, Sheriff.
