Consider And Approve Claim Vouchers And Tax Change Orders.

Consider And Approve Payroll For The Pay Period Of February 21, 2022 To March 20, 2022.

Consider And Approve Franklin County Commission Meeting Minutes For March 23, 2022.

ITEMS OF BUSINESS:

1.

Consider for approval awarding chemical bid numbers 2, 4, 5, 8 & 10 to Nutrien Solutions and bid numbers 1, 3, 6, 7a, 7b & 9 to Van Diest. Pat Campbell, Solid Waste Superintendent.

2.

Consider awarding the 2022 Dust Control Project to Scotwood Industries, Inc. in the amount of $1.189 per gallon. W. David Lee, Director of Public Works.

3.

Consider approving a proposal from CFS Engineers to perform bridge inspections on fracture critical bridges in Franklin County. W. David Lee, Director of Public Works.

4.

Discuss using ARPA funds to purchase a transport van for the Jail. Jeff Richards, Sheriff.

5.

Discuss 2023 funding levels for Franklin County's Community Partners. Derek Brown, County Administrator and Janet Paddock, County Clerk.
