The 4th Judicial District is in the Process of a Major Software Upgrade

The 4th Judicial District will transition to a new case management system on Nov. 2, 2020. Clerk of District Court offices will be closed at various times for training and implementation. E-filing will also be unavailable at times. Click for more info:

Kansas Eviction Prevention Program Now Accepting Applications

The economic impact of the pandemic has left many Kansans unemployed or underemployed, uncertain how they will pay rent. Through the KEPP program, landlords and tenants apply for up to $5,000 per household to pay delinquent rental payments.
