Our Mission

The Mission of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of the Fourth Judicial District is to provide trained community volunteers who are court appointed to speak up for the needs of abused and neglected children, one child at a time.

CASA of the Fourth Judicial District, founded in 2002, serves as a voice for abused and neglected children in Anderson, Coffey, Franklin, and Osage counties. The children we serve have both been determined by the Court to be a Child in Need of Care (CINC) and placed in foster care or under the Court's care.

Volunteers are still needed!

For just two hours a week, you can be the voice for a child in need. There is a child waiting for YOU.

Donations are always welcome. If you can't volunteer, please think about supporting our program monetarily.
