If you wish to obtain a copy of a record by mail, you may contact the
clerk's office in writing or by e-mail. In your request, please be sure
to include the case numbers or book and page location of the documents
that you wish to have copied. The clerk will prepare an estimate of the
cost of the records that you are wanting to obtain and provide you with
that information, in writing or by e-mail. The cost for photocopies is
$.25 per page. Certification of copies is $1.00 for each document that
you wish to have certified. There is a charge of $12.00 per hour for
clerk's time for research and copying. Once you have obtained the
estimate for the copies that you desire, please mail the appropriate
cost as estimated by the clerk's office and a self-addressed, stamped
envelope so that the requested copies can be returned to you.
