Discuss and consider for approval extending and/or expanding Franklin County Resolution #23-21. Derek Brown, Franklin County Administrator.

Discuss and review Franklin County EMS 2025 4th Quarter Ambulance Report and consider the approval of the Adjustments Report 4th Quarter 2025 and Collections Report 4th Quarter 2025. Christi Hilliker, EMS Chief.
