The Franklin County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing during their regularly scheduled meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2023 in the Franklin County Commission Chambers to consider the following:
Application #2304-2055 (Jossie) for a Special Use Permit for a state licensed group boarding home to provide shortterm respite care for children in an A-1, Agriculture Zoning District.
Application #2304-2056 (LaGalle) to rezone approximately 10.12 acres from the A-1, Agriculture Zone to the R-E, Residential Estate Zone.
Application #2304-2061 (Wingert, Jr.) for a variance to Chapter II, Article 8, Section 2 to the required setbacks for an existing lagoon.
Application #2304-2058 (Wingert, Jr.) to rezone approximately 40.55 acres from the A-1 (Agriculture) Zone to the A-2 (Transitional Agriculture) Zone.
