Franklin County, Kansas is now accepting applications for a Paramedic.
Salary Range: $16.17 to $23.03 per hour depending on qualifications.
Associate's degree in Emergency Management or related field from 2-year college or technical school or 2-3 years related experience and/or training or an or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Valid Kansas Class C DL required. Franklin County residency is required.
Within 24 months of hire, the employee will obtain and maintain certification as an emergency manager from an association or institution identified on a list, published by the State Division of Emergency Management, of recognized certifying entities.
Employee is expected to have acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to perform at an acceptable level within six months of being awarded the position.
